We are an independent comparison publisher. We cannot look up accounts, process payments, activate SIM cards, port numbers, resolve coverage complaints, unlock devices, or make any change to Cricket Wireless service on your behalf. Messages sent to us about account issues will not be forwarded to Cricket — carriers only accept support requests through their own authenticated channels.

Who Operates This Site

The California Consumer Privacy Act requires publishers to clearly identify the entity responsible for the site and to provide at least two designated methods that consumers can use to submit privacy requests. The details below satisfy that obligation.

Postal mail is monitored but is not the fastest channel. Privacy requests, DMCA notices, and time-sensitive matters should be sent by email so they can be date-stamped and routed on the same business day.

We acknowledge verifiable consumer privacy requests within 10 business days of receipt and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days, as required by California Civil Code § 1798.130. Where the request is complex we may extend once by an additional 45 days and will notify you in writing during the initial window with the reason for the extension.

WirelessPlanHub does not run a server-side form processor: nothing you type here is transmitted to us or to any third party by the page itself. Instead, when you submit the form, the entries are validated in your browser, saved locally on your own device (so you can review or copy them later), and your email client is offered a pre-filled draft addressed to hello@wirelessplanhub.com. You send the message from your own account, which is what actually delivers it to us.

CCPA / CPRA Request Methods

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.), California residents may request access to the personal information a business holds about them, request deletion of that information, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. WirelessPlanHub designates the two methods below for submitting those requests, per § 1798.130(a)(1).

1. Email

Send your request to privacy@wirelessplanhub.com with the subject line “CCPA Request — [Access / Delete / Correct / Opt-Out].”

We may ask you to verify your identity before we act. Verification is limited to matching information we already hold, and is used only for that purpose.

2. Web form

Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page to submit an opt-out, or the contact form above for any other CCPA right.

The form runs entirely in your browser and hands the request to your email client for transmission, so nothing is silently transmitted through a third-party form processor.

DMCA Designated Agent

If you believe content on WirelessPlanHub infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a notice under section 512(c) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Notices must contain the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), including a physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail to locate it, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
